The working process of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer mainly includes the following steps:
1.Vacuuming: the pressure in the sterilization chamber is adjusted from positive to negative pressure to ensure that hydrogen peroxide can be fully diffused.
2. Inject hydrogen peroxide solution: Inject a quantitative amount of hydrogen peroxide solution into the sterilization chamber.
3. Hydrogen peroxide diffusion: Hydrogen peroxide is fully vaporized in the sterilization chamber and evenly diffused throughout the sterilization chamber.
