Conditions Of The Dealer

Legitimate business operation, significant product overlap with our offerings, local area influence and business resources. Recognition and alignment.

★ Sales Target For The Distributor Area

Usually three years is set as a benchmark. For example: the initial target is set at a minimum of $300,000 worth of Ro-Chain products purchased during the first year.

★ Competing Products May Not Be Produced Or Sold In The Sales Territory

Dealer shall not produce or sell in the distribution area any products that competes with Ro-Chain products. and failure to meet the requirements may result in termination.

★ Cannot Be Sold Outside The Sales Area

Dealer shall not advertise, sell or promote Ro-Chain products in any area outside the distribution area. result in termination of the distribution agreement by Ro-Chain.
