Model RC-HPSA400 400Liter Horizontal Pressure Steam Sterilizer
RC-HPSA series horizontal pressure steam sterilizer is the equipment that disinfects and sterilizes the objects with saturated steam, its structure is horizontal and heating way is: electric heating and direct steam heating. It is composed of sterilization room, jacket, shell, door, steam generator, pipe system, control system, indicating system and power-supply system.
It is widely used in oral department, ophthalmology, operation room and lab, and is suitable for items which are high temperature-resisting and high pressure-resisting including unwrapped, wrapped, dressing, rubber, liquid, plant-in instrument, porous item (dressing), hollow instrument (high and low speed phone) to be sterilized.

1.Automatic sterilization, easy to operate.

3.Over-temperature,over-pressure auto-protection device.4. The power wil be cut off automatically, and cut-off water and alarm when machine lacks of water.5. The door opening mechanism cannot be operated until pressure in the chamber is reduced to0.027Mpa.it can't start if door doesn't close completely.6. The safety valve will be open automatically, when the inner pressure over 0.24 MPa and the steamwill be exhausted to the water tank.
7.The chamber and jacket are made of stainless steel SUS 304.
8.Built-in steam generator.
