How to operate the Horizontal Pressure Steam Sterilizer machine ?

Ro-Chain Medical has full range of autoclave machine. Among one is Horizontal Pressure Steam Sterilizer (150L-500L). Do you know how to operate it when you get the goods ?

Below are some tips for your reference:

1.Connect the power, turn on the water inlet manual valve, and close the door tightly after loading the objects inside, and then the power indicating lamp will be on, the door lamp and inlet lamp will be on continually.

2. By the inlet lamp is off, just turn off the water inlet manual valve immediately, then clockwise turn the timer knob till the red point to 30,and press the start key, at the same time, the power lamp, door lamp and heating lamp will be on.(132 degrees is advised for the sterilizing).

3. By reaching the rating pressure, the sterilizing lamp will be on, and the timer would start to count down. After counting to the zero, the buzzer would go off to remind the end of the sterilizing. The unit would automatically exhaust the air, and pay attention that don’t open the door till the needle of the pressure gauge point to zero. Open the door a little for about 5~10 cm, and the objects can be fetched in 20~30 mins.( the power could be shut off when the door is open).
